The Embassy of India in Dushanbe celebrated India's 76th Republic Day with a reception attended by over 250 guests, including distinguished Tajik guests, senior government officials, the Indian community, heads of diplomatic missions, and local media.
H.E. Mr. Zavqizoda Zavqi Amin, Minister of Economic Development and Trade of Tajikistan, was the Chief Guest, accompanied by H.E. Mr. Sharifzoda Farrukh Homiddin, First Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs.
Ambassador Mr. Rajesh Uike highlighted the significance of Republic Day and the Amrit Kal of National Development for a Developed India by 2047. He also emphasized strengthening India-Tajikistan relations for the benefit of people of both countries.
The evening concluded with a captivating musical performance celebrating Raj Kapoor's legacy as a cultural link between India and Tajikistan.
