Celebration of ICCR Foundation Day in Dushanbe

Celebrating 77 years of ICCR in Dushanbe!

The Embassy of India and the Swami Vivekananda Cultural Centre, Dushanbe, marked the ICCR Foundation Day at an event organised at the auditorium of the Tajik State Pedagogical University.

The celebration brought together ICCR scholars, academicians, and friends of India in Tajikistan. The event featured inspiring reflections by ICCR alumni on their experiences in India, alongside vibrant performances of yoga, music, and dance by the Cultural Centre.

On this occasion, the winners of the annual cultural competitions organised by Swami Vivekananda Cultural Centre were honoured with certificates. An exhibition put up at the University showcased ICCR’s important role in promoting educational and cultural cooperation, contributing to the strengthening of cultural ties and people-to-people connections between India and Tajikistan.
