Last Evacuation Flight operated under Vande Bharat Mission

On 14 June 2020, last evacuation flight SZ-8109 operated by Somon Air took off from Dushanbe to Jaipur, evacuating 153 Indian citizens from Dushanbe. The same flight brought back home, 19 Tajik citizens from Jaipur.This marks the end of Vande Bharat Mission in Tajikistan. A total of 1312 Indian citizens and 65 Tajik citizens have been repatriated by Embassy of India, Dushanbe under Vande Bharat Mission.

He thanked the Tajik Government, Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Tajikistan , Ministry of Health and Social Protection of the Population of Tajikistan, Dushanbe International Airport for their support in making this a success.
